I’m Sara Hutchings, a podiatrist with over 25 years’ experience. I obtained my BSc (Hons) Podiatry from University of Wales Institute Cardiff in 1999. I began my career in the NHS as a Community Specialist Podiatrist and over the last decade working as a Diabetes and Tissue Viability Podiatrist. I provide footcare to patients with diabetes and those at high risk of developing foot problems, in the community, hospitals and multidisciplinary team clinics. Working alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated comprehensive treatment and management plans to enable the best care and outcomes for our patients.
I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC – CH14238) and a member of the Royal College of Podiatry (MRCPod – 015296). Also continuing with professional development to ensure the provision of high-quality podiatric treatment for my patients.
While continuing my work in the NHS, SH Podiatry HOME VISITING SERVICE was founded to offer quality podiatric services outside of an NHS setting.
